The product is wonderful, and the delivery was fast, however the second delivery had an error (missing a duvet cover) that has yet to be rectified (ie shipped out). I had sent an email and a case was made the day this order was delivered. I still haven't received an update on the status of that shipment so that I can return the incorrect item.

The bed is broken and dirty

I could not track the shipping and the delivery was unusually long.

1. One of the items purchased was quilt advertised as multi season due to cooling linen - but the tag on it says the fill is 100% polyester! I find it hot - for example last night it was 18C in my bedroom and the quilt was too warm. I got it to replace a other cotton quilt that was really worn and it was great.

Center bar came bent and customer service was useless

The product I bought doesn’t look like it does on your website. I bought the foam headboard. It is not flat - it is bent and won’t straighten out.

Very little communication after purchase- would have loved a confirmation email. Items delivered were damaged- drawer pull snapped and marks down the side of one nightstand. Not impressed.

After 2 weeks I have yet to hear when my order will be ready and when it will ship

Unfortunately just the quality of the sheets. I was hoping for a heavy thick set of sheets but I find them a little too thin; I can see the pattern of my mattress through the sheets. Some people I’m sure like this so there’s nothing inherently wrong but it’s not what my husband and I like.
