Delay of package and nobody knew where it was…

Purchasing and delivery experience was good.

The product is excellent and the ordering process was simple. However. the delivery was terrible. I am a 77 year old woman. All of the boxes were left at the end of my driveway which is down hill about 150 yards and outside the gate. I have two dogs so a gate is necessary. I am quite certain my phone number was on the shipping/ delivery information. A simple call would have allowed me to give the driver the gate passcode and then drive up the driveway to deliver the boxes to the house. As it was, I had to hire two men with a truck to bring the boxes up the hill to the house, which cost me an extra $100.

Service was prompt however I bought the flax linen sheets and they are too big for my silk and snow mattress..

It would be nice to have tracking info/estimated shipping to know when large parcels are coming

Bought a blue weighted blanket, opened the box, it was gray!

Bed looks great however they did not include the slats necessary for the storage drawer. Very frustrating. Waiting to hear back from the company about sending the slats so we can finish building the bed.

I like the eye cover a lot because it’s comfortable, but it’s not black out so I can’t wear it after the sunrises which defeats the purpose.

Hi,I got an entire bed set with comforter and throw blanket.My first wash, the waffle pillow coverings came out flared, strings running if that makes sense, the integrity of the product isn’t there anymore which is unfortunate because everything is soft, comfy and looks great.

I returned items over a week ago and they were approved for a full refund. However, I have yet to receive the refund and your reps have ignore my last 2 emails.
