The mattress is much firmer than expected. We choose the bundle with sheets and duvet and we were sent the bottom sheet but not the top sheet. Can this be sent to us?

i have ordered 2 sizes, king duvet and queen mattress fitted sheet. Fitted sheet is giant and too big for our mattress… i threw packaging away and washed it, so couldn’t return but checked my order and found that i ordered correct size, queen. otherwise I live the quality

You only sent me one package vs 2, so I currently cant mount the bed. As of now, I still don’t know when I ll get my complete order.I need a compensation.

The package was delivered damaged and the transporter left the super heavy package on the porch without ringing the door, leaving me alone to deal with entering the package. AND the package was also covered with dirt marks and a hole in the bed frame. Ridiculous

The Egyptian cotton sateen sheets and pillowcases lost their smoothness, shine, and satin-like finish after the first/initial wash which was, per instructions, on normal cold cycle, then dried on Extra Low setting with wool dryer balls. The surface is now covered in tiny, very thin, 1-2 mm, “raised” cotton fibres which apparently snapped from the main threads and which don’t flatten with ironing. This makes the sheets and pillowcases feel prickly and nothing like satin finish, i.e., actual high quality long staple cotton sateen as advertised (compared to several high quality long staple cotton sateen bedding sets I own and have been using for years, and which haven’t lost the shine nor the smoothness after being consistently washed on high temperatures and dried on High setting). Furthermore, ironing the sheets and pillowcases didn’t remove the creases that formed after washing and drying. This was an even worst surprise, after the initial disappointment of how the fabric feels after the first wash (before ever using them). No heat setting helped - I started on low, and gradually increased the setting to high, as nothing eliminated the creases. Basically, after the first washing, drying, and ironing, the sheets and pillowcases looked as I’ve just taken them off the bed after using them for a week, plus the loss of shine and smoothness of the fabric, and the raised fibres.Why do you advertise them as something they’re absolutely not? Can’t you just be honest about the quality?I am no snob, nor am I rich, and need actual high quality smooth sheets because of sensory processing disorder. I also need bedding fabric to be either 100% cotton, 100% linen, 100% wool (with no lanolin residue because I am very allergic to that, too), or 100% silk, or a blend of these, because of a severe allergy to polyamides. I need the bedding to be long-lasting, because I don’t want to constantly buy new bedding and then have to get rid of it after a short time (a) it’s way too expensive to do that; b) it’s terrible for the environment).I so much wanted your bedding to be IT for me, and to become a loyal customer, not just because of all the high quality of the fabric and production you advertise, and the practical aspect of not having to again search for a different company (it took me months to land on your company, after thorough research and countless reviews I’ve read), but very much also because you are a Canadian company, and I want to support our own economy as much as possible.If you’re wondering where I’ve got the bedding I’ve been happy with for several years, and why I don’t just go buy that, it’s because my sets were (actually, still are) high quality sets by Wamsutta, which you know doesn’t exist anymore.The percale pillowcases I bought were alright, but it took way more work than expected to iron out the creases and also get back some of the softness of the fabric. Admittedly, I got them not just because I needed extra pillowcases, but also to check the quality and feel of the fabric before potentially buying a percale bedding set from your company. Unfortunately, I have no intention spending lots of time ironing the bedding without which it feels scratchy and uncomfortable.Again, I am not being unreasonable, and I understand that many don’t have the same health issues I have so they might be perfectly fine with these products. At the same time, anyone who has slept in high quality cotton sateen or cotton percale bedding can feel the difference. Which brings me back to - why don’t you just advertise them for what they are? There’s nothing inherently wrong with your products, but I do take issue with the misleading advertising (“luxurious” they ain’t; they lose all the initial quality after the first wash done following your instructions verbatim), as well as the price (way too high for what one is left after before-mentioned first wash).Truly, why disappoint so many customers that put lots of trust in you? I doubt it helps your brand long-term.

the silk pillow case is warm sleeping on it, and the pillow feels like a standard pillow, slight rip in it when arrived.

I slept on the mattress on the floor for over one month because your storage bed arrived 2 weeks after the mattress and nothing lined up. Very disappointing experience for a 60 year old!

I notified you about the mattress being delivered in front of my garage but wasn't notified. The bottom of the box looked like it had been wet and relaxed. The plastic was intact so I thought it was OK. One side is all creased and not fully expanded so I thought it would over a week or so. It hasn't.

It took 1 month longer than expected to arrive. I started making weekly calls for a status update, was told repeatedly it was coming this week only to not have it shipped. I was about ready to give up and call my credit card company to reverse the charge when I finally got a tracking number.
