We ordered their down alternative duvet and it releases all of these tiny little white fluff balls (gets worse as time goes on).

I think that you should communicate that the bed will potentially come in 2 boxes arriving on separate dates. I wasn’t expecting that, so I was disappointed after receiving the first box and realizing that I was missing entire pieces…having to call S&S to discover this, etc.

The rubber wood nightstands are of very poor quality and are showing surface scratches after only one month of use.The drawers are not centered in the opening and require a hard push to completely close them.

The bed was missing a piece, I’ve called customer support and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s been almost 2 weeks. Also a leg or the bed looks split / cracked

While we are very happy with our bed (it's really beautiful) we were frustrated with the lack of a fix the first 2 times the incorrect headboard was delivered. By the third time I met the fedex guy at the truck (also not correct headboard). The 4th time, he knew to check it at the depot before putting it on the truck. Our guess was that the sku was incorrect on the box and no one had read that it clearly stated the size on the outside of box 1 of 3. So we're conflicted with the rating - LOVE the bed, love your company, everyone we spoke to was gracious enough. Just really frustrating as we were decorating with an event in mind and missed that opportunity.

Although the items appear to be well made and the style is just what I was looking for, the color of the Cortado collection is not at all what we expected and unfortunately clashes terribly with our floors. I viewed images on my phone, MacBook, and my desktop at work and the color always seemed to be more of a true brown whereas the items are very orange in tone. In addition, the dresser and nightstands don’t match the headboard at all. The headboard is beautiful varied in pattern and color but the others are very plain. They don’t go together well at all. I realize this is the risk of buying online (and I should have just ordered one night stand in order to test it out) but being able to order a sample piece of wood would have been helpful. I tried to get one in the lighter color to see if I could exchange everything, but was told it wasn’t possible. I’m very worried about the return cost and too scared of a repeat experience to give it another chance with the lighter color. Minor, but one of the nightstands was also damaged during shipping.

The fabric is terrible! I’ve purchased a bed and a lot of things before and everything is perfect, but this last purchase super disappointed

It took 3 weeks to receive it.

Have not received order. Was not informed until about a week after purchase that item was out of stock. Should have been informed at time of purchase.
