Mainly the delivery process. I live in a condo, and the two very large packages arrived on different days with poor UPS tracking. The second, extremely large package was just left in my condo lobby and I wrestled it onto a trolley with the help of a friendly (non-UPS) guy. If you're going to rely on web purchases I would be super attentive to delivery service.

I still have not received my order after 2 weeks, would like better communication from the delivery provider

The joinery does not fit perfectly and have gaps, which makes the bed squeak even when I go on the bed.

Bed frame part was faulty leaving us sleeping on a bare mattress as we can’t build it. Updates were slow on the warranty form we sent in.. as of now the replacement part has yet to ship so we still can’t build it.No word on the return of the faulty pieces which are 2 large side railings. We’re expected to cover the costs of disposal?Unacceptable responses for this situation.

Quality of product poor. Buttons falling off, contacted for warranty service and was sent a ridiculous long form to fill out

There is a mark on the bed when I opened it

Pillow cases have started showing staining faster than any cases I’ve ever owned. We’ve green using them maybe a week, but it looks like it’s been a month

The box arrived all ripped. Also, it doesn't feel like 20 pounds.

The shipping was quite good, I think I made a mistake and ordered a mattress that was too firm. I have been having lower back pain so I thought that getting a super firm mattress was the right move but it turns out that it's too firm and now it's still hurting my back. I had a medium firm mattress from Helix before and that worked until it gave out after 7 years.

Felt like someone returned a bed and then they didn’t even look at it . Head board frame was damaged and the whole box was packaged poorly , had stains and marks on the side board that I had to clean off and Water vacuum . I had to just go with it cause I needed a bed ASAP.
