Don’t tell us something is in stock when it isn’t. We could have gone with any of the competitors but my partner really liked the latex mattress. We decided to get the sheet sets as well as bed frame worth your company and we regret it.

Despite ordering the same size, the duvet cover was too large and did not fit the duvet. The color name indicated light grey. Cover was not grey at all. I’m still waiting for a refund. The duvet itself was fabulous .

Still haven’t processed order

I haven’t received my order.

My order was placed 20 days ago and still hasn't shipped.

The mattress is too firm and I have not had a good night sleep since getting it. I also sometimes feel springs on my hips or ribs. i was excited to try this.mattress but unfortunately, I’m disappointed.

The item I bought on line wasn’t the colour I expected. I wanted to return in store but couldn’t. Then it took several days for someone to get back to my email. I am shipping back an unopened package and still needed to take a pic and send it in.

Hello, I love the colour of the fitted sheet set I got (order 3114866 in misty rose) but to be honest I'm shocked at the quality. It says it's Egyptian thread 300 count but it does not look or feel that at all. In fact, it feels like a cotton/synthetic combo (more the latter). Also, I always buy cotton bedding and use wool dryer balls along with fabric softener but these sheets were staticy when taken out of the dryer and felt unpleasant which I never get with good quality cotton sheets. Overall, it has been a very disappointing experience, in particular for the price I paid. To be honest it feels like I'm sleeping on thin, cheap, IKEA sheets and that is not what I was looking for. I received the wrong Color of headboard. I phoned and spoke to a customer service rep who said I would be contacted via email within 48 hours. I am still waiting.

Terrible to get ahold of. When I got ahold of someone they never knew what was going on, got a run around.
