My order was hung up in the system and it was only detected when called in to check in the status of my order. In addition, you sent me this survey prior to me receiving my pillow so I don’t know yet if I will be getting it.

Delivery company dumped it on the driveway.Made no effort to let me know was here.I was not expecting them to put it in the bedroom and unpack it but to put it up on my deck at least.The STRUGGLE to get it into my deck by myself was a huge issue.Have bad knee and back.
