Ordering, delivery and product are great. However the colors were so off from what was pictured. Needed a better description and color combo suggestions.

The colour of the sheets are a lot darker than they appear in the pictures. I love the quality as they are our third set and we have a duvet cover and coverlet. The truffle is a lot darker than I expected.

Been more upfront about shipping timelines and cost.

Duvet was faulty (shedding) and I had to send pics to prove it. After several days, I was told a replacement would be sent. Several days after that, I followed up to ask where it was and was told it was no longer available (note: I had to follow up...no one proactively told me they were out of stock)!@

I have not yet received the product I ordered and there is no update about when it will be shipped.

You sent me a survey while telling me I'm a good 2 to 4 weeks from receiving the product.

Only one box arrived ... Still waiting for the second box... Delivery was supposed to take a week...it has been 15 days....and am still waiting!

My item came faulty and I am having trouble contacting customer service. A bot keeps emailing me.

I washed my sheets once and followed the instructions. The sheets no longer fit on my bed, which they did perfectly prior to washing.
