The mattress is very very light in weight and constantly slides all over the bed very disappointed in it

Delivery not confirmed as stated in the order. After calling few times then the shipment goes out. Not so trustworthy.

We order and paid on-line in April and we didn’t received any confirmation for two weeks via email. We have called and they told us the bed will be delivered…in July. We cannot say that this is a good experience.

I just never received my package. UPS seems to have lost it.

The delivery got postponed for two weeks. Once we received it, there were missing items in order. I had to drive a full hour to the warehouse to retrieve the missing items to then be told they did not have them. I then had to wait another two weeks to finally receive the missing items.

I think it was the fact that my blanket started piling in multiple places within 2 days of me receiving and using it (and we just use it as a throw blanket on the end of our bed). I think spending over $200 on this blanket that piled within two days is terrible and the fact that I reached out to your customer service and they were able to do nothing for me is horrible.

I still haven’t receive my item and I ordered it weeks ago

The mattress seems fine so far, I’m still testing it. The non-stop texts and emails asking me to review the thing needs to stop.

My order was not picked up for nearly a week after it should have been and I had to contact to reship it. Staff handling the reshipment were very helpful.
