We bought a heap of items and delivery was sent via both UPS and Frontier Group. We received 2 out of 9 items from frontier group within 2 days while we’re still waiting for the remaining 7 items for two weeks. Their status updates are wrong and it’s been hard to get actual information of when to expect delivery. No issues with the items going via UPS there were delays because of the holidays and weather but they provided good updates to understand the status at all times.

I never got my order. I got a refund because you never communicated anything to me and I had to be the one to contact you to find out what was going on. You're all scam artists and should be ashamed of yourselves.

I ordered the cushion headboard and upholstered platform and had to return it. I think a better description would be for the cushioned headboard would be ‘pad’ that sets loosely, not snugly, between the mattress and wall. The photo is not a good representation of the product. The photo shows the headboard firmly in place without a wall.

1 because you haven't replied to my issue with freight damage. I dislike filling in the form on your website and then not getting an automated response. Now I am not sure what date I sent the damage report and I'm left wondering if you received it. I hope this feedback is specific enough to be helpful.

My box arrived opened at the top and snow got in the package. I haven’t been able to actually connect with a real person about this issue.
