Shipping was great but the sheets are so hot!

Bed frame arrived in two separate packages and I was not notified when they were delivered

I received the mattress but I am still waiting on bedding and bedframe! Shipping company unresponsive

Off gassing from the furniture was intense (no, I do not have a sensitive smell as the customer service eluded to when I asked about this) and lasted more than a week with air filters running around the clock with windows open. Furniture was unusable until the smell was more bearable. Communication from Silk and Snow directly about shipment was not timely. Reached over a week after purchasing to find out the status, and even then only received a "we'll check on it for you" with no follow through. Had received a random text from an unaffiliated shipping company saying I had something coming in. No mention of the fact that it was for this order and I assumed it was spam. The furniture itself was fine, but there was some splintering in the drawers itself which I wouldn't have expected in something new.

I purchase sheets a year ago. The sheet I was recently sent were a replacement and had a hole. My first experience with the replacement was great. This time nobody will respond to me. I don’t think I should have to accept a replacement with a hole and at the very least someone could respond.

The elastic on the fitted sheet is only in the corners and as a result, the fitted sheet does not stay on the mattress. I am constantly having to readjust the fitted sheet on a daily basis.

The bed was left on the outside of my door on the sidewalk with no notice until my neighbor saw it before it got stolen. There was a big dent in the front of the headboard and glue on the corner where there was also a chio in it.

No communication on purchasing that the whole bed would not be delivered up to 60 days

Service was generally good. Finding a mattress that works is very difficult with this sales model.

I still have not received it.
