The worst experience ever for a simple bed! We got shipped the wrong colour first, then we were sent a replacement bed with missing parts, now you guys are sending us another bed in transit, the whole process is honestly horrible, I would never recommend it to anyone. My wife and I have been sleeping without a bed for over a month thanks to Silk and snow.

I’d like to return my sheetsThey are ill fitting on my mattress and far poor quality than the previous sheets I purchased from a competitor.I would like to trust them.

The product came and had some slight discoloration and for a $500 bedding set, I expected more.

Bed frame came with the wrong parts and no instructions. Took a handful of calls to find out we didn’t have the correct parts and the instructions that were emailed to us were old. Then was told more than once that the correct parts were sent and I would get a tracking email. Called back to follow up and found out it wasn’t sent.

Product is not as soft as expected for a percale weave

My mattress order has been delayed with little or slow response alerting me as to why

Mattress arrived damaged (but still usable) and only resolution is to mark it as final sale and send a new one. What a huge environmental waste. Clearly there are better resolution options (discount, store credit, etc.) that don't waste a usable product, back and forth shipping and cause it to be final sale (when we haven't even tried the mattress) for a product that arrived damaged.

Product color bled in first wash.

The large towels leave tiny pieces of fabric on my skin. The towels also do not dry well.

Was largely ignored, had to reach out to staff in order to be recognized. Staff member was quite cold and not very receptive to questions.
