The hardware was very challenging to insert/tighten on the headboard extension. The support plates were either too long, or poorly placed which made it very frustrating to insert and tighten the bolts. I’ve assembled close to 100 flat pack furniture pieces over 20 years, and this was one of the more painful assemblies. The framing is lacking rigidity in cross bracing. The legs have limited ability to support any side-loading due to repositioning the bed frame. Also, a few of the t nuts spun out during assembly.

I purchased 2 of the terry bath towels. The colour is beautiful and they are very soft, but after 2 washes, the stitching is starting to come undone on one of the seams, and the towels shed fibres when we use them.

I have heard lots of positive things on weighted blankets. I generally am up for 2 hours at night and figured I would try this out. It’s been a week and not much has changed. It’s a lot of money to pay for no results this far

The two boxes we received for our bedframe had pieces from what looked like two different sets and most did not go together. The bedframe wouldn’t click into the headboard because the piece was wrong and didn’t fit it. The drawer for beneath the bedframe only had half the pieces from what looked like one set and half the pieces from another. Most of the screws did not fit in the places they were supposed to. We ended up having to reinforce everything with other tools and pieces we had at home. We would’ve returned it, but we already had to pay over $100 to rent the elevator in our condo to receive the delivery.

I thought I would be able to add filling to make the pillow more firm.

The product itself was TERRIBLE quality and not at all in line with the quality of the bed linens. The return process was arduous at best but at least the refund happened quickly. And when I emailed to complain about the quality of the towels, I received an impersonal reply about returns rather than a reply about the feedback of the item.

I tried to adjust the pillow but could never get it just right. I don’t think this is the right pillow for me.

Bed was and still is listed as in stock ready to ship. It wasn’t. It should have shipped within 2-4 business days but it didn’t.

The was a replacement for a defective product. I was refused a credit a d got a replacement instead. Your decision just doesnt maje sense. It would've made the customer happy and guaranteed you another sale, equal or higher than the original. Just doesnt make sense, no logic whatsoever
