It was easy to order, products are beautiful and really no issues with customer service so far. The only reason I'm giving it a lower rating is because of the item I orders being on backorder.

Had to talk to 3 different agents regarding a defective bedding set before I was able to receive and submit the warranty form, which I submitted a week ago, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone.

I’m still not sure that I will keep the product. The sheets are really rough and scratchy. It’s waking me up at night.

The delivery with UPS and their sub contracted delivery were not a good experience. The mattress was a hour and a half away for two weeks and the delivery was the day after a snow storm.

It's been almost three weeks and I am still waiting for my product to be shipped to me.

Customer service has been lacking. The products are great. But the length of time it’s taken to deal with an exchange and a new product that arrived damaged is absolutely insane!

The wood slat is made of really cheap wood - unpolished and smells bad even though being unboxed for several days.The assembly process was quite misleading, no signs to indicate which direction each part should be. The veneer on the joints would chip when sliding together.

We’ve had a pretty bad experience, unfortunately. Our mattress was delivered 3 weeks after we ordered it due to a problem with customs paperwork.We also were given 2 pillows with our order and only 1 arrived a month after our order. The 2nd hasn’t arrived yet. We’re pretty dissapointed.

To start with the mattress show up late and box was taped up. They dumped it in the driveway. Good thing I live in a quiet neighborhood. Got it on the bed frame and waited several hours to make it up. That was last week. Center fold of mattress still not completely flat. Bed is comfortable enough. Not quite as firm as we would like but we are giving it some time.

I was told that I would be eligible for a full refund prior to sending back the shams I ordered. Once the company received the shams, I was only refunded 1/3 of what I paid for them. The company stated that because I got a discount bundle I’m not eligible for a full refund despite two different customer service agents sending me emails prior to my return that I am eligible for 100% refund
