Too rough even after washing.

Missing part of my order, emailed several times with no response.

The parcel provider placed the package in a really visible spot away from the door and of course it was then stolen. Silk and Snow has done nothing to help.

Overall, extremely happy with the quality and the look of the product. The queen size that was ordered fall extremely short on the width of the bed. A king size or California size, which is a size up from queen would be way too large for my bed.

After we got the new bed, I was interested in adding a headboard to my new bed and did not realize they are only sold together. We love the bed. It is sturdy, so easy to assemble and the wood is beautiful. The bed sits took far away from the wall.

We are having to wait an additional 4-6 weeks to get all pieces of our bed, and was offered only $160 or a set of sheets in compensation. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I spent my money elsewhere, so I don’t have a broken down bed sitting on my floor for weeks on end. I should have requested more compensation.

The sales clerks all seemed to know nothing about current store sales. They all disagreed with one another and the tag on the product I was interested in had a different discount. When I decided to purchase the item I was told it wasn’t in stock and I’d have to order online. The product was on the shelf and I had to get it myself.

I ordered, that was good. Then Canpar was given my parcel. Do their in ability to do their job and no one from your company didn’t call to get a land location to deliver. Even though Purolator and FedEx and UPS deliver either to our physical town post office or the Purolator store in our town. They returned the sheets back to you. One of your customer service people insinuated that nobody does that. When I have lived here for a very long time and these one companies do their due diligence and deliver to either the physical post office or te Purolator store. If someone had of notified me I could have given the address if the Purolator store drop off.

Headboard and bed didn’t ship together.Website isn’t the most clear for ordering.Bed doesn’t simply snap together.Headboard is very cheap.
