I was not informed that one item was out of stock, I had to follow up twice to get a response. Then was told I would not get my discount if I went for the refund which was more than the cost of the item.

I ordered the a sheet set, a duvet cover, extra pillow shams, and the All Season Down Alternative Duvet because it was listed as in stock and promised to ship in 2–4 business days. Over a week later, I was informed the Duvet was actually out of stock and wouldn’t be available until late June. There was no warning about this at checkout or in the confirmation email. I actually had to reach out myself to find out that I would have to wait until June, and never received any email informing me of the delay.Instead of offering a meaningful solution, I was first presented with two options- refund or wait. Once I explained this was unacceptable, two alternative products I didn’t want (the lightweight or the winter) was offered. When I asked for better compensation, given that I ordered the all season for a reason, I was simply told to take it or leave it. I ended up canceling my order out of frustration.Very disappointing experience—misleading product availability, delayed communication, and no real accountability. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend Silk & Snow to others.Additionally, I wrote this review on the website and I have yet to have it show up or have a team member reach out. Honestly, my trust in this company is completely lost.

Order got lost, waiting for resolution

Ordered a bed and a bed frame shown as in stock. Mattress arrives but turns out ops error so bed was delayed a week. When bed arrived it was missing parts……… now I am sleeping on the floor…..

Delivery of bed has not yet happened without updates about why things are delayed or when bed will be shipped

No resolution for faulty Egyptian Queen size sheet set pillow cases that shrunk!

I ordered two different items in the same colour. When they arrived, the colours didn’t match. I was told there was no way to guarantee that ordering the SAME COLOUR would arrive in the same shades.

first of all, I was not surprised with the tracking number, and therefore it was not sure when my order would arrive. I had to call to find out. Secondly, when I opened it, I inadvertently cut the toppers cover. I would suggest that you put some sort of protective cardboard around the toppers inside of the package so that this doesn’t happen to others.
