Sent me the wrong order. Took awhile for wrong order to be picked up. When pickup came they couldn’t take it away. So had to call in to arrange another pickup.

The employee was not easy to deal with - she was easily confused and was not helpful.

Showroom service was excellent, company followup w warranty information, etc.is non-existent

The linen sheets and duvet cover are rough so not soft like i had expected. I have other linen bedding that is also sourced and made in Portugal and it was soft from the start. I was hoping that after a few washes that the Silk and Snow linen bedding would become softer, however it felt rougher when it came out of the dryer than before I washed it. Also, I’m not a fan of the zip closure on the duvet cover.

The whole experience has been a nightmare from the delivery to the LONG and TEDIOUS dealing with customer service which we are still for a response from!

I order over a month ago and still have not received my order or confirmation that it has been shipped out

I am going on 2 weeks trying to resolve my issues and keep getting pre generated responses back that are delayed and not helpful in resolving

delivery is taking a long time. courier seems like they lack infrastructure to provide good service.

It's taken at least 3 washes to have the fabric stop feeling scratchy. :( And the instructions say NOT to wash on hot. I expected a higher thread count in sheets than in fabric I use for clothing, and this seems to be about the same or less, and I wash my fabric on hot before cutting and sewing.
