I want to return the sheets as we changed the bed to a king size. BUT the store wouldn’t take them and told me that I had to return them to you guys because you don’t have the same system!

The product ordered did not arrive.

Product arrived damaged/not functioning and lack of support so far on coming up with a resolution.

Heard no updates since playing my order more than 2 weeks ago. Item was supposedly in stock and hasn’t shipped yet.

It has been two weeks and my pillow still has not shipped.

You sent us a bed and the slats don’t fit. I filled out the form for issues with the bed, took pictures and gave the dimensions of the slats that we need to work. I got an email that said they ordered new slats so I called to make sure that they sent the correct size and was told they can’t adjust the size to make them fit but thought that maybe they sent king size slats. The slats we are about an inch too big. King size slats would be 16 inches too big so that is not the case, so I told them we want to return the bed since we can’t get slats that fit this bed. Now I’m being told we have to pay over $250.00 to return a bed that doesn’t work. What the hell? I’m thinking I might contact my bank and let them know I was charged for a product that doesn’t work so I can get all of my money back. What a joke!!!!!

Only half my bed has shown up. Ordered early in november. No updates yet when my bed frame will arrive.
