Didn't receive one of my packages (not sure why the order was sent through two different couriers) and had no success with Silk and Snow or the shipping company with getting my money back. Out more than $200 and really disappointed

Shipping to us in northern Alberta was terrible. And after washing the sheets and applying to the bed they find them very rough and sand paper like. They were a gift and I’m unsure what to do as they have been washed and used now.

Hi there, I recently purchased your platform bed in king size. My partner and I loved the design and the mission behind your company. Sustainability and ethically made. Unfortunately the bed frame arrived damaged. The footboard/ headboard box, box #1, came to us damaged. When we opened the box, the interior packaging was also damaged. The end piece itself was smashed. One of the interior legs was also cracked all the way through, though that piece appeared to have been shipped that way. The damaged piece to the headboard/footboard was squished, and filled with wood glue in an attempt to repair it but instead made it impossible to assemble correctly, resulting in the piece crumbling apart. From a design element, the interior legs and the slats were not stained, so they’re a different colour than the rest of the bed. Which also leads me to question if those pieces will dry out down the road. We loved the design of the bed, but overall have been disappointed by our purchase. Never received the correct item, after 30 days I had to cancel. Terrible service. I have bought my bed frame and other items from you but now have found a new supplier that is more reliable.

Received white instead of grey face cloths, still haven't received hand towels, grey colour looks like a white that was washed with another colour and the colour transferred, and the return process is complicated.
