Handles on the drawers are not even straight on 500$ nightstands

The cover itself feels nice but doesn’t fit the pillow even though it’s king sized

I ordered a mattress on March 23rd. It did not ship until March 29th. Then once I finally received a tracking #, it sat and did not move. I finally emailed the company and they put through another order on April 7th, and then once again, I waited... and waited. Finally, on April 12th, I emailed and asked why the second mattress had not shipped. After going back and forth with no concrete answers, or resolution, I decided your company is terrible, cancelled the order and requested a refund, and THEN was told a "shipping label has been created." They said they sent an email not to ship it, and that I would receive my refund once it had been returned. Now here it is, April 23rd, and I have not been kept in the loop on where the mattress is, nor have I received my refund.

Have not received my order yet, I was told it would be back in stock Apr6-14. Now I’m told Apr 21-May 12. I’ll change my rating when I receive my order.

Our bed frame was delivered broken.

The pillow cases are too small for even regular pillows. Id like to see double stitching on everything I purchased because its Canadian but it seems like jist a big piece of fabric with very basic sewing.
