Service and delivery needs improvement. No clear communication till last moment. Only emails which show that an item has been shipped but you dont know when it will arrive.

I absolutely love my linen sheets, but after careful laundering twice - there’s a whole in my fitted sheet - not happy about that - these are premium sheets and should not be coming apart like that.

Ordered a duvet and never got it. I can’t say anything about it

I think it’s still fairly expensive and most product materials were not available. The sale was majorly linen and cotton which is a major turn off personally.

For the price was hoping for better quality. Tons of loose threads sticking out of the fabric, afraid to trim them and have them unravel or run, would love to see Silk and Snow rectify the situation.

After almost a month of back and forth with customer service (three wrong items sent and now a missing item), I still don’t have the product I ordered and am still awaiting a resolution.

Employee at the store wasn’t very informative, seemed like she didn’t know about of the info. Also was not personable.

I struggled to receive my bed. More than 2 weeks to have the mattress while what was communicated in the web site is 2-4 days.

Purchased a bed. Was told that I would be notified about the delivery. It’s been two weeks. No follow up. When I messaged, the order apparently couldn’t be found. No follow up after that. Had to reach out again. You basically stole my money and seem to lack the ability to have a bit of accountability and communicate where the order is
