Over two weeks now and I still don't have a shipping confirmation or tracking number. Have I reached out to support? Yes. I have... And... Still no solution.

The shipping experience was not great. Also the Egyptian cotton sheets aren’t as soft as advertised. Still very rough even after a few washes.

We had multiple issues. Including staining on the mattress, a nearly 2 week wait to get the mattress delivered from the time of order. On top of that, we called to inform about the stains on the mattress and were promised a call from a supervisor within 24-48 hours.. it’s been over two weeks and haven’t heard anything.

Some of the instructions weren't easy to follow and not clear to understand how to put a piece together. The pictures showed the pieces built already vs showing how to build it. Overall it was worse than an ikea instruction piece. The instructions for the bottom pull out drawer is unclear if it should be attached to the bed or laid on the ground unattached. It just says it's ready to roll out. I think someone needs to re work this. My daughter bed is a bit tilted so when she gets off it squeaks.

We are still waiting to hear back from a manager regarding our issue of our cover being sub par quality

Your serivce was great! However I have found your linen product (fitten sheet) to be very scratchy and I cannot sleep on it. I am repetitively washing it in attempts to soften it up so we can use it.

Percale cotton sheets and lightweight down duvet are too warm. I asked the AI chat bot on the Silk & Snow website what it would recommend for a warm sleeper and this is what it told me to buy. I routinely wake up part-way through the night with a dry throat and sweating.
