Center support beam only came with 3 parts. Had a time critical need for bed to be shipped and used in time only to have it delayed for two weeks and counting. My wife and I needed the bed set up the day before we went to the hospital to deliver our first baby. It’s still not been received due to a customs hold that silk and snow failed to address with carrier.’

The item we paid for was not in stock, but we weren’t notified until our couch had already shipped. We weren’t offered a good solution to get the item we paid for, and weren’t even offered the larger ottoman that WAS in stock for the same price given the inconvenience and back and forth. Then, when we finally decided to unbox our couch knowing the larger ottoman was available, it was missing pieces. Two weeks in and lots of back and forth and still not solution. I would not recommend Silk & Snow to anyone given the slow and poor customer service. Mistakes happen, but they should be dealt with quickly and at no extra expense to a customer.

Our delivery took weeks instead of days,little to no contact from customer support. I finally had to reach out to the shipping company directly to.get some more specific information. I thought I was buying into something a little more environmental, but the packaging was extreme. Loads and loads of Styrofoam, requiring a trip to the dump to get rid of. Two very thick huge plastic pieces with the mattress. With everything I'm looking at about 5 additional bags of garbage, landfill, nothing except cardboard is recyclable.

We went in once, looked at matresses and wanted to think about it. We returned and the treatment we received was just fake nodding, greeting and meaningless smiles. No accomodations, or flexibility. We left unhappy. Will not purchase anything there again.

I have yet to receive my towels the large ones from my bundle order. I ordered on Black Friday. Totally unexceptionable. I gave one star b cause I received the order items in the bundle.
