I received the wrong Color of headboard. I phoned and spoke to a customer service rep who said I would be contacted via email within 48 hours. I am still waiting.

I ordered queen sheets for my queen bed and the queen sheets are too big. So when I get in to sleep, by morning they are sloppy . Not happy with the fit. Please make the fit better!

Only part of the shipment has been delivered and I haven’t been able to find out when I can expect the other ones. The chat bot system is useless. The telephone number on your site isn’t linked so you can’t call directly. An update of the status of my order is all I am looking for. Perhaps an automated status email could be sent at regular intervals to keep customers apprised. I wasn’t expecting this kind of delay without some notification or some easy way to get answers.

Duvet we wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered. Person in the store was not very friendly or knowledgeable. However he placed our order and looked up a question about thread count of shell. Expected a better experience at the Toronto main showroom.
