I bought a couple of items and decided I didn’t want to keep them and promptly returned them. Neither item had been opened. I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund.

The towels that we bought had loose threads and runs in them.

I purchased Egyptian cotton King sheets. They don’t stay on the bed and are not soft.

I ordered some silk pillow cases online. 5 days later I followed up as I noticed it didn’t ship yet. I was then told the pillow cases were on back order and would not be available until June. Meanwhile my card has already been charged and I’m on a wait list. It would have been nice to be informed earlier and typically companies don’t charge for payment until the item has shipped.

Product is damaged and we would like a refund. The coils on the edges that were folded over are bent inside

Would have liked different delivery options. I would have paid extra for this.Even a white glove service option.

The experience was great however the sheets are not as soft as expected and they wrinkle a lot.I have other linens and they are not this rough.

Much lower build quality than I expected for the price — I disassembled our IKEA Malm queen bed to replace with the Silk and Snow and was shocked that IKEA was much better quality! The S&S fiberboard was much coarse and lower-density than the IKEA; the bed slats were thin rough slats glued together with many splinters and gaps (the IKEA bed slats were smooth and didn’t have air gaps between laminated wood strips); and the underbed drawer slid freely around instead of being on runners to ensure that it closed back into place, which felt very sloppy. The only positive I can see is that the Silk & Snow bed is prettier to look at.
