I sent an email and no response. The sheets and duvet must only fit your beds. Have a king and order cal/king and both are too small.

Ordered a dresser on March 14, still has not shipped on 3/31. Have reached out four different times and everyone has told me that it is in process and that there was an error with the order being received. No one has any idea on when it will actually be shipped out. Was told there was also no option to expedite this shipment to make up for the time I’ve lost.

Still getting used to a new bed

Run around regarding whether mattresses I ordered were in stock or not… some staff said yes… some said no.. some offered to cancel my order and when I said yes the mattresses magically shipped

Never got a tracking number. Was billed and then it just showed up one day.The duvet cover seemed to have a lot of loose threads that needed to be trimmed off as well

The material is not soft like I expected

Loose threads throughout my whole new set. A couple broken buttons as well.

In an age where environmental responsibility rests with everyone, customers and companies alike. I do not understand why a pillowcase needs to be shipped in a shoe-sized box. Utter waste of resources. Reflects poorly on a company.

I placed the order so that the bed frame would arrive to my new place as I moved in - as I did not want to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Sadly that became the case as it took over a month from ordering to actually get it to me. Despite my order confirmation saying I would hear in 2-4 days about shipping, I did not. A week later I took it upon to reach out to you to inquire. I got an auto reply saying I would hear back within 24 hours. Predictably, two full days went by and I heard nothing. From there I was passed off from one person to other, all who seemingly told me different things.

since using the weighted blanket, I had allergic reaction, can’t use it where do I return it??
