In-store returns would be awesome as well as an online return process that doesn't require so many steps. Individual fitted sheets would be great.

Still waiting for dresser to be moved from garage to the intended location.

Package still hasn’t arrived and it’s been over a month!

When I received the bed frame the centre support was incorrectly manufactured. When I called i was told to submit a warranty claim and then heard nothing back. When I called a second time I was told that there was an invoice for the replacement part and I would hear back, again nothing. For a first time buyer I am very disappointed. Good thing I am not sleeping on the floor waiting for the correct part. As of right now I would definitely not recommend Silk and Snow.

I bought a second muslin for my nephew’s birthday on Feb 27, received the product on March 7th which did not meet the quality I expected so I started communicating with your customer service team. It had been over one month now since my order was placed, and I still do not have a new quilt that I am supposed to receive as an exchange. The whole experience was nothing like what I expected from a brand that I have supported for the past few years.

The pillow is firm but has a horrible chemical odor that does not dissipate.

Im really loving it, however bed runs hot. Then sometimes i sink comfortably in the bed, other timesni can fill the frane under the bed.
