The mattress had a few loose threads from stitching that came undone or were already undone during the mattress inflation period.I’m told these stitches are not aesthetic then anything, but it still makes me question the quality.

I have not received any updates on my order. It was supposed to come on the 24th and I still don’t have tracking.

Missing parts to build my bed frame

Wrong item was delivered. Representative Coralie got my replacement box sent quickly but it took nearly week to schedule a pickup of the wrong delivery, and pickup still hasn’t occurred. Coralie never did contact me with return label. Representative Abby did that only after I called to ask why everything was taking so long. On top of all that I am still awaiting delivery of a dresser, ordered at the same time as the other items. Abby said she is looking into that but so far no dresser.

I never received my package! I paid for it but nothing ever came? I did not receive any delivery notifications nor updates other than it had been shipped.

I love the wood bedframe with headboard but came with a very noticeable scratch and still waiting to hear back from silk and snow after I filled out complaint form.On another note, I also bought a full( double) plush mattress and was given a choice of bed assemble or % off, I chose the bed assemble and would like to say, the fitted sheet is so tight, I would never be able to make without the help of my daughter.I was thinking of buying a king size duvet cover and set of sheets, but after this experience I will no longer be doing.

I purchased this mattress as part of an "exchange". I initiated a return on an organic firm mattress, and was instructed to purchase this organic medium as a replacement. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received any calls regarding a mattress pickup (even though I have tried checking in with Silk and Snow customer service multiple times). My new mattress has been sitting in the box for two weeks, and I have concerns about it remaining compressed for this long. Meanwhile I am stuck with a mattress that I do not want, and your team is expressing no urgency in helping to resolve this.
