I was disappointed that I had to wait longer for the pillow as it was out of stock when I ordered which I didn’t know. Not a deal breaker though as these things happen. Glad it’s a popular item! Would have been nice to know at the time of ordering though that there would be a delay. I still would have ordered but I don’t like surprises after the fact. Also, it seems this pillow is different than the first pillow I got, even though it is the same style.

I ordered a duvet and a sheet set. The duvet came right away, but there was no indication that the sheet set would soon follow. Perhaps I missed an email or missed a message online but generally when orders are sent separately with other companies, they indicate that the second one will soon follow. Left me, wondering whether or not it would arrive in time for Christmas.

Have not received my order yet. Based on UPS tracking, it has been sitting in Calgary since the 23rd of December. When I made the purchase I accepted the risk that it would not arrive by Christmas, as you were restocking the item. However, I did not expect I would have to wait until 2026 to receive it.

Too much variance and imprecision in the wooden bed. Way too much creaking and wobbling. Bought two beds. One of them is ok, other is worth returning. It’s extremely angering. Thuma has the same problem, and even worse. Only flexispot makes a “Japanese Joinery” bed that actually puts together well and finishes rock solid. They use reinforcements at all joints. Very clever design. I own all three. Silk and Snow and Thuma designs are not sufficient and so I realize this whole trend is a gimmick.

I ordered a Reserve Down Pillow — King on November 28, and received shipping notification on November 30. In that, it said a FedEx label was created and the shipment origin was in my city (Calgary). I had assumed it would take between 2-4 days at most, per the website’s FAQ. After waiting for more than two weeks with no change to the tracking information, I reached out to customer service and was told that it had not actually been picked up by FedEx. The agent I chatted with then sent a follow up email on December 18 to notify me that the pillow was now out of stock and that it could take another two weeks for more stock to arrive (between December 15-29). It has now been 10 days since that exchange. I received a new receipt on December 23 but have not yet received shipping notice. It has been a month since I purchased the pillow and I still have not received it. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been great and I know it’s not one singular person responsible, but I would certainly love to receive the item I purchased. If I didn’t desperately need this item due to neck and shoulder issues, I would have cancelled by now.

The quality of this robe is no where near what’s being charged; the threads started to pull mere days if not hours after I took it out of the packaging.
