It never said there would be a delay on the shipping of my duvet when I ordered it, and now it’s arrive two months after the rest of my items. If I knew up front the delay in shipping it would have factored into my decision so it feels shady that it wasn’t mentioned up front.

I ordered 3 pillows. I only got one, the other 2 are back ordered and will take a month to get here. It would have been nice to know it was going to take this long when I ordered.

Order wasn’t processed for almost two weeks. Item was out of stock. Customer service didn’t make it right and i was told id have to wait an extra month for a restock. Some sort of warehouse error they said

Shipping information from Silk and Snow was not accurate. Initiial shipping email informaiton was confusing. Dressers delayed, Silk and Snow said arrive January 16, delayed until January 21. Night stand drawers closing mechanism requires an extra "push" to close completely. Drawers do not close completely, smoothly or easily. There is a narrow "space" in the headboard, between boards, that looks like it should be filled in.

Overall I’m not satisfied with the robe. I purchased the Terry plush robe and there are multiple strings hanging off of it, as if the fibre is coming loose in some spots. I washed it to see if that would help, but it didn’t. I honestly wish I didnt purchase it for $80. It’s a steep price for a less than satisfactory product.
