Delivery/assemble people was disorganized and were late for few hrs (even tho we were on a call, they told me to meet them in 2 minutes and arrived in 40 minutes). Also their behavior was awkward, after waiting for them for 20 minutes I went upstairs and when they arrived finally they haven’t called me, but likely I went downstairs again and saw that they created chaos and was blocking elevator area and tried to get into elevator which os not dedicated to moving (the one I blocked) but to the one where other residents were. My neighbors were shocked. I needed to shout to ask them to stop doing this and use another one. When we finally managed to use the right elevator they were asking me why we are doing this, their behavior was a bit aggressive, same when they entered my condo and start doing thing, they were very chaotical, loud and after left mattress plastic wrap and left. I had bed frame delivery the same day and the guy who was doing that was super professional, very organized and tactful.

Love your products but my order hasn’t been fulfilled yet and there has been no further communication re: timing. The purchase confirmation email mentions orders being processed between Jan 6-9.Order: 3116975

It never said there would be a delay on the shipping of my duvet when I ordered it, and now it’s arrive two months after the rest of my items. If I knew up front the delay in shipping it would have factored into my decision so it feels shady that it wasn’t mentioned up front.

I ordered 3 pillows. I only got one, the other 2 are back ordered and will take a month to get here. It would have been nice to know it was going to take this long when I ordered.

Order wasn’t processed for almost two weeks. Item was out of stock. Customer service didn’t make it right and i was told id have to wait an extra month for a restock. Some sort of warehouse error they said
