Disappointed with the quality of the pillows and th duvet, the sheets are not very soft either especially for the price.

My item arrived significantly damaged. I've inquired online, filled out the support form, and called but have not received any response. I've purchased thousands of dollars of silk and snow products in the past 30 days and loved all of it until this issue which is not being even addressed.

Wrong item was delivered. More than a month later, I still don’t have the expected item and I lost many time having to reach out and waiting for answers.

Really bummed because overall the quality and look of the furniture is great, 2 stars for that. The experience with Silk and Snow has been a 1 star experience. The shipping and customer service is where things really fell short. I purchased a bedroom set, including: bed frame, 2 x nightstands, and 1 x dresser. The shipping details and tracking were very unclear. I purchased on 11/18 and did not receive the final piece of my bed and second nightstand until 12/2. Items arrived on separate days and only one tracking number was provided for 5 items (bed came in three boxes) and all arrived at different times. A second tracking number was given for the headboard. My dresser and one of the nightstands were damaged and will need to be replaced. I have been unable speak to anyone via phone and have had to rely on a virtual assistant to try and process my issue. I was made to submit a warranty request...even though I received brand new damaged furniture. I really hope that the issue is resolved in a timely matter, time will tell.

I phoned ahead and inquire about parking; sales said don't know. Purchased items not in stock; sales wrote down wrong address despite I showed her my driving licence with proper address!

I went in to return something I bought online and I wasn’t able to and now I’m dealing with the online process which is frustrating and if I knew that I wouldn’t have spent the time to go in store.

I purchased a mattress for my mother. She changed her mind and wanted something else for her bday. So I cancelled the order within minutes of the purchase. It took 2 days for the item to be shipped and i still hadnt heard back from customer service with my request. It was finally shipped and they asked me to return it. For free, yes, but I have to go to Fedex with a king size mattress. I finally go to the suggested closest Fedex (60 km away), and they tell ne they cant take it because it's too big. Now Im stuck with this thing I didnt want.
