Consider a different carrier. The packages are always very damaged. Most recent order had an item missing. So I did not receive what I purchased.

Shipped using Canpar (why??). Canpar has held my shipment for 10 days and nothing is happening. Multiple attempts to reach out to silk and snow and despite saying issue would be addressed, nothing has happened. Do NOT use Canpar!!!!!

The quality or the Turkish towels were very very thin like dishcloths.I expected way better quality of the Turkish towels you sell for that price .

It seems like there are no or limited internal process that exist to notify customers of additional delays of backordered items. I’ve not been getting timely updates on the status of my order and have received conflicting information each time about the inventory of my bedframe. This is my first order with Silk and Snow and I have been shocked by the poor communication from your company.

I ordered a bed frame Dec 31st. It is Jan 15th and have yet to receive it. Calling customer support is not helpful as they don’t seem to know anything about where this order is.
