Very nice site. Easy to navigate. But I placed an order Dec 13 and still waiting.

For the price, I was disappointed in the texture of the sheets. I thought they would be softer. I followed the washing instructions… they felt cardboard like. I’ve had Egyptian cotton sheets before and these did not match past quality and we much more expensive than previous purchase. I thought maybe there is an error in the product but when reading reasons to return I feel my disappointment would not qualify for return.

The quality is sad given how much was spent! There are dings & blemishes in the wood & the drawers are crooked + the bottom one opens on its own.

I ordered both a king and a queen mattress for my new home. unfortunately, only the king was delivered and they have yet to resolve my queen mattress :(

I was shipped the wrong item. I sent pictures and provided my order information, twice! Instead of immediately correcting the error when brought to the attention of the customer service representative, they refer the error to the “Operations Team” with an indefinite timeline to resolve the fulfillment error.

Just horrible communication support was offline, I would never recomend someone buy from this company I was worried it was a scam.

The amount of packaging for the bed I ordered was ridiculous. There was more packaging than bed. It was horrible to send so much packaging into the landfill

The mattress in ordered was too soft for me, hurts my back and even more so, found out I chose the wrong style of mattress, no coils all foam and the off gassing of the foams have lingered after 2 weeks and not getting any better leaving me with headaches and nausea.
