Items were listed in stock at checkout and on the order confirmation after purchase but we were contacted later to say the information online was incorrect and the seller did not have the inventory to fulfil our order after all. I recommend reevaluating your inventory control system because “in stock ready to ship” should not appear on your website and order confirmations if it’s not accurate or disclaimers should be clearly displayed at the checkout page. I don’t plan to purchase anything from your website again.

The reason for poor rating was about when I was ordering . I ended up with two pillowcases, which I thought I only ordered one. The website obviously was busy because of your sale, but it wasn't working properly. Very confusing. I think you need to have some work done on your website on the ordering side , this should not of happened !

My order was made in Nov.27 and I reached out around Dec 20th to inquire. The chatbot told me it had been shipped (incorrect) and I pursued with a support ticket because the tracker didn’t show that info. I have since heard back from someone who said it won’t be in stock until early Feb. I would have appreciated knowing that it was out of stock before I asked. Secondly, I suggest that the survey only be sent for orders that have completed.

You sent the wrong item twice. You could have made the experience better by offering some sort of compensation/consideration for the inconvenience your company caused during the holidays. The company did not handle the problem well.
