I never received an email with a tracking update and my order started to arrive as individual pieces over several days. I don’t mind the order being split up but I had no idea if any pieces were missing, when they would arrive or when they were delivered. After asking support for help when I believed part of my order was missing I was told it was an issue with the delivery company and they could not help me. Overall I like the products i received but I am not likely to place an order again

I was not given any service and the sales clerk actually took someone else when I was waiting for quite a long time to be rung up. I was also very disappointed in the fact that you cannot exchange online purchases in store.

One of the boxes on my bed frame order was lost in shipment, so I have been waiting 2+ weeks for it to arrive. Also found the color of the tofino natural oak bed frame is much lighter in advertisements. It has a very orange color when on the ads it looks more beige/tan.

More communication would have been great. After the purchase, i got one email with the receipt and that's it. I never had a shipping confirmation, nor a tracking number. My order status remained as "Being processed" for over a week. Result: mattres was shipped and delivered on my porch on a day i wasn't there to receive it. Not the safest for a $1000 package!

The pillow shams don’t match the blanket that we’re supposed to be the same color. The pillow cases are short. The sheets are very nice. The blanket is too big. Shipping was a nightmare.

There was only one person in your Calgary 17th ave store working who was preoccupied with another customer, so I left after waiting 10 mins and made an online order
