I ordered silk pillowcases at the end of November as a Christmas gift. I wanted to support a Canadian company. The item status was in stock, ready to ship. I waited weeks without any shipping confirmation. After several frustrating attempts to get help from customer service, I learned that the item was out of stock and would not be back in stock until late January. I had to cancel my order and rush to find another supplier in time for Christmas.

So the frame is beautiful but there’s a flaw in the design. I don’t know if it’s just our product - maybe we need a replacement but the centre bed slats make a terrible noise if we move around at all on the bed and the posts end up being on their side and look like they’re about to break off.

I thought the delivery time was excessive for the pillow I ordered taking nearly a month to get it was not acceptable . Also I was very dissatisfied with the packaging for my silk pillow cases I had previously ordered from blissy and had ordered silk n snow to support Canadian business but it was disappointing

I still haven’t received part of my order and it’s been over a month. I’ve experienced the WORST customer service ever and I’ll be sure to share it with my friends.
