My order was out of stock, despite my order confirmation stating the product was ‘in stock and ready to ship’. I was not informed that my order could not be fulfilled. I reached out after 11 days of silence and was told. Not impressed and will not be back. Very disappointing experience.

I loved thr product but there was significant abs unexpected shrinkage on the first watch making it unusable. Information about this should be included in your sizing charts/advice

I am still waiting for my pillow.I ordered it Dec 30th. I did not receive an email saying it will be delivered.I haven't heard anything and just received a texted to rate your company .

I still don’t have my order and I’ve been charged for it. I ordered on December 30 2025 and would have expected an update by now. Or a refund if it’s not coming.

Pillows I ordered were not delivered, I inquired about it, and silk and snow didn't provide update on delivery date.I ordered firm mattress, but don't feel firm at all, it's soft. Is the marking on the mattress, so I can confirm if the right mattress was shipped to me? Based on current experience, I have little confidence in silk and snow.

One of my items arrived damaged. That happens, I understand. I'm frustrated with the process of solving this problem. Initially, customer support was quickly responsive, but I've waited the processing time and haven't had any response.

The product itself was fine. But your employees working at Calgary location store could use proper training. Unprofessional attitude, did not greet us at the door. Most of the employees huddled by the front and was sitting on the couch. We had several questions we asked about our online order but the gentlemen in the cap working was unpleasant and didn't really answer the questions to the best of his knowledge or nor did he want to help us. For how your company advertises silk&snow on e-commerce, perhaps you need to also look into retraining your employees who work in person. Especially in Calgary location.
