The delivery service is very bad I live in a condo with a lot of stair I’m a woman it was raining and I wsh I could know by email the schedule of delivery The guys never accept I help me to lift big boxes a bed a layered and another furniture You should work or at least work with a company who give the options of helping the customer Many off us are old or have back problem and are alone it is impossible to lift those boxes

I wanted to see the product prior to ordering. Despite there being a store in Calgary, the product wasn’t available to view there. Not only that, the first sales person I spoke to said you didn’t have a cushion headboard. I had to show it to him on the website, and then he directed me to a bed with a headboard. I explained that wasn’t it…until another person came. There was another individual in the store at the same time that was also looking to see the cushion headboard. The other salesperson just told me it would look like on of the headboards attached to the bed. I called to ask how long deliver would take if I ordered online as I was going to be out of town and didn’t want it arriving when I wasn’t home. The person on the phone gave me incorrect information in terms of timing and it arrived far more quickly than expected - which in most cases would be good, but being that I was out of town, and did not receive any email/shipping or delivery notification, I had no idea it had been delivered. My neighbour told me.

Delivery was disappointing. Mattress was left exposed in front of a garage door instead of on the front porch. Doorbell was not rung. This left my pregnant wife to have to get it from the driveway into the house. Not specifically a Silk and Snow issue other than choosing better delivery companies or making sure that companies get this feedback.

Bought a king bed frame and after putting it together it is smaller than a king bed, even the slats that were sent do not fit.

I have owned my mattress for 3 weeks since it was delivered to me. The mattress has not stretched to the measurement on the tag. I have reached to customer service. They have made me fill a warranty claim.. for something that I just purchased. I have sent email with pictures showing this to several customer service agents.. and their solution is a warranty claim. I paid $1,500 for this and I did not made them fill any documents so I could release my money.. i am regretting this decision so much.

I received a very damaged bed frame, missing parts, box so damaged it should have been obvious to delivery driver all taped up with obvious wholes in it…on November 17. It’s now November 27i have placed a call, filed a report with pictures within 4 hours of receiving bed as per advice from customer service rep. I filed another report 7 days later and the only contact I have received from your company is this survey! I would have given you no stars from the whole experience so far.
