They never sent à tracking number, FedEx delivered in another town and I was not aware, meanwhile FedEx will not investigate after 14 days of delivery which is tomorrow, bravo

The pillowcase ordered as a Christmas gift in early December won’t be delivered until sometime in January. There was no offer to cancel and refund easily and no compensation for the delay.

I purchased two bed frames to be delivered on December 17. Did not receive them by December 23. Had to make 5 calls to customer service to cancel the order. Don’t make promises you can’t keep to get the sale

The item I purchased was a gift for my mom. It arrived at the destination opened and out of the box. Super disappointing! It looks like it was Fed Ex who delivered the package.
