My order was out of stock, despite my order confirmation stating the product was ‘in stock and ready to ship’. I was not informed that my order could not be fulfilled. I reached out after 11 days of silence and was told. Not impressed and will not be back. Very disappointing experience.

I loved thr product but there was significant abs unexpected shrinkage on the first watch making it unusable. Information about this should be included in your sizing charts/advice

I am still waiting for my pillow.I ordered it Dec 30th. I did not receive an email saying it will be delivered.I haven't heard anything and just received a texted to rate your company .

Pillows I ordered were not delivered, I inquired about it, and silk and snow didn't provide update on delivery date.I ordered firm mattress, but don't feel firm at all, it's soft. Is the marking on the mattress, so I can confirm if the right mattress was shipped to me? Based on current experience, I have little confidence in silk and snow.

One of my items arrived damaged. That happens, I understand. I'm frustrated with the process of solving this problem. Initially, customer support was quickly responsive, but I've waited the processing time and haven't had any response.
