My mattress still has not arrived

One of the two items we ordered was not in stock and discontinued. We wanted a matching set. As of right now, 15 days after the order was placed, we still have no refund

Mattress is comfortable, but I would call it average. I got a firm, and find it to be perfect from that perspective. I find the springs to be offputting - they are noticable (noise and feel) quite loud don't like that I can feel them.

The delivery man just left this heavy king size mattress on the porch.I am expected to hire someone else to take it upstairs to my room?

Felt miss led with the package I received with only receiving 1 fitted sheet and two pillow cases. Not sure why the package did include the top sheet.

To date I haven’t received the item I purchased. It was a pillowcase that I bought as a Christmas gift but I instead received a pillow. I tried reaching the staff and had to work with chabots. Once I reached the staff they did not resolve this matter.

The pillows received are NOT the same quality as what we have been using since 2022. Our older, almost 4 year old pillows from silk and snow have more loft and are less lumpy than the brand new pillows. Plus, the new pillows have had an unpleasant smell that has not gone away in almost a full week of using them. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Haven't recieved product or had any update or communication. I have however been charged and paid in full.

The dresser I ordered said it was "damaged" at the warehouse and could not be delivered, and I have yet to receive an update or new order for over a week. order #3107036
