My order was "shipped" on December 10th. Website claims 2-4 business days for delivery. It is now December 24th. After multiple calls to silk and snow customer service, and the delivery company (high energy transport inc) I still don't have any idea when the bed frame is going to arrive. I ordered this for Christmas and live in a major Canadian city. The lack of information 2 weeks later is baffling. Now it's Christmas holidays, so I'm basically assuming this won't be delivered for another month.

We purchased a queen size bed frame and couple night stands back in November. We paid for green glove delivery service and requested for a delayed delivery due to ongoing construction of new home building. The delivery of night stands happened right away despite our request and we were obligated to deny acceptance of the items. They were sent back to Calgary. Bed frame was eventually delivered by UPS and was just left outside of our unit door unannounced and unattended. However, we discovered only 2 out of 3 boxes were delivered. The bed headboard was still missing. We tried to contact silk & snow numerous time without any reply. We finally have to return to retail store, to cancel the night stand order and to request for the missing headboard. When headboard finally arrived, we then discovered one of the original 2 boxes contains parts of a twin bed, not the queen size we ordered. We have contacted the store once again and are still waiting for a solution. It has been over a month since we purchased and paid for the product. We have not yet been able to sleep in a bed and we are unsure at what point when we will be able to.

I’ve ordered a couple things from Silk and Snow now, both to disappointing quality control. The bed frame we ordered arrived damaged across numerous individual parts, which we’re still looking to resolve with S&S, while the duvet cover we purchased for our bed had a snag and hole in it when it arrived as well. The process to get in contact with the support team and find actionable resolutions has been long and frustrating, even when coordinating shipping logistics, which resulted in one of our packages taking over a week and a half longer than anticipated to arrive, while support instructed us to drive 1,000km away to pick it up if we wanted it sooner. Overall, while their products are compellingly presented and beautifully designed, their execution and finish could use improvement.

Ordering process was easy, shipping updates and tracking were not provided so no visibility into delivery timing. Product quality is not great and will be placing a return as the mattress is not holding up well after a few weeks of ownership.

This was a Christmas present. I ordered a whole set with duvet cover pillows mattress cover sheets. I thought I better look at it before wrapping it. Good thing I did. The wrong sheets were sent. They did expedite the correct sheet d to me, but I had to get ahold of someone to fix the problem then fill out the form to return the other sheets. I wasn’t sure how much they weighed. If that could have been done for me it would have made the return easier. Then it’s such a busy time of year and I had to wrap it and drop it off.

The purchase process itself was straightforward and easy. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was very poor. I previously purchased the same mattress from Dormez-Vous and had an excellent experience. Because I liked the mattress so much, I decided to purchase it again for my elderly parents directly from your website. The delivery fell far short of expectations. The box arrived damaged, the delivery was rescheduled without any communication, and the delivery drivers left the ~200 lb box outside my parents’ door without ringing the doorbell. This made it extremely difficult for my parents to bring the mattress inside. By comparison, Dormez-Vous delivered the mattress into my apartment and placed it in the room of my choice. While I genuinely love the mattress itself and have recommended the product to many people, I would no longer recommend purchasing directly from Silk & Snow due to the delivery experience.

My order came without the right head board color and its missing the piece that attaches said headboard to the bedbrame , I believe it's called headboard b. I filled the missing pieces form but have yet heard back from y'all in a week. in the meantime I have to use a construction jack to hold my bed til the right parts come in. if they come in at all.
