Updates on shipping delays. My order has still not shipped and it’s past the updated proposed shipping date.

We placed the order on December 28, on January 9 I follow up to see the status of my order, only to be told its still processing. On January 11 I am getting an email letting me know the product I have ordered is out of stock. I have not received any further responses to my email. This has been a long delay!

Stop fucking spamming me

I am still waiting on some items from my order and there is no tracking available for them. It says they have shipped but I don’t have any idea when to expect them and when I go to look some of them don’t even show up as “tracking not available” so I have no idea if they have shipped or not.

Placed the order 3 weeks ago and still no update on the status or anything

I was disappointed in the timing of shipping and the lack of communication as to when.I also was unimpressed that the things I purchased were putting sale a couple days after the purchase and my order hadn’t even shipped.

The bed and mattress were great but it took a very long time for the delivery. It came in parts and spanned over a week before the first and last delivery. It was very challenging to get updates as well.

Product is back ordered and hasn't shipped yet, maybe wait until the order has been fulfilled before asking for feedback?
