I ordered three pillowcases of the same colour for Christmas- one pillowcase and two sleep masks arrived. I called customer service and was prompted to reorder the two missing pillowcases . At that time, the stock on your website said they were in stock. I received an email saying they were on back order and will arrive in January sometime. Unfortunate as these were planned to be given as Christmas presents.

I messaged the company before my items even arrived to let them know I would like to chancel the order. Because the shipping label had already been created, they informed me I would have to wait for the items to arrive before receiving a return label. I’ve messaged back and forth 4-5 times and still have yet to receive a return label. It’s been over a week.

I placed an order of 8 silk pillowcases on the cyberweek sales. Said you had them in stock and would easily arrive before Christmas. A week and some later you email me saying you don’t actually have them, but don’t worry you will get them… After Valentine’s Day. Needless to say I’m not impressed that I now am left scrambling to find new gifts now that all the good sales are done and stock of anything good is gone.
