I ordered a queen bedI got parts for a doubleEmailed about this and still no resolution

I’ve only received half of the bundle I paid for.

A part of my order wasn’t delivered. I already called and I am waiting on an update. I understand that the amount of delivery by that time of year is very large. But I thought I would have an update about it sooner.For the products I received I am really happy about it! It’s exactly what I wanted.

I have only received half of my order and had to reach out myself to find out the other half is now on back order (10 days after receiving a shipping notification for those items), which isn’t a great feeling. I will say that the towels I have received are super plush and soft, though their colour in real life is pretty far off what’s shown on the website. Luna looks more blue than grey online but is just plain grey in real life.

I would love to rate my order but it still has not arrived!!!!!

Product is good but part was back ordered. Still waiting to receive it. Took two calls and an attempt to chat online before I got an actual ship date which is about a month late for a Christmas gift. Service staff I spoke with were very pleasant though

First, we received a defective sideboard where the notch was too small for the slat to fit properly. After waiting almost two weeks for a replacement sideboard, the slat finally fit—but the slat itself is defective. It is warped and does not lie flat, making the bed extremely noisy with any movement, even with the mattress on top.I have had to disassemble and reassemble the bed due to receiving defective parts, and now I need to wait again for replacement slats. At this point, I do not have a usable bed. I did not expect that purchasing a bed would result in weeks of delays and repeated issues. This has been a very frustrating experience and I regret purchasing from Silk and Snow.

Your delivery company is utter shit. They left the boxes on my front porch without even letting me know by ringing the doorbell. There is a large dent in the box, don’t know if anything is damaged until I unpack it later.

I have been trying to return my package since Tuesday and still don't have a return label. Worst return process ever!
