Items were showing as in-stock when I placed the order. As soon as I hit submit and paid, then I was prompted that one of my items was back ordered. Brutal.

I still haven’t received my package. I contacted both fedex and silk & snow and it seems fedex delivered it incorrectly. Thankfully one of your employee said they would send another to me which I was very grateful for but now I can’t get ahold of anyone at your company through email, virtual chat or phone that can help to confirm the new one was sent out.

The box arrived completely damaged . The packaging inside was wet. Delivery wasn’t updated and just randomly showed up.

I ordered a bed and bedding on November 2nd. Although the order shipped on November 4th, the tracking showed no activity for over a week. After reaching out, I was told delivery was scheduled for November 13th. We stayed home that day to avoid the packages being left in the snow, but the courier never showed up and provided no notice. After multiple follow-ups, we were told a box was missing. The “missing” box was then shipped directly to us—but it was the wrong one. We received two identical bed boxes and still lacked the correct item. We then had to prove the mistake and deal with FedEx pickup attempts that were sent without a return waybill. We finally received the correct box on December 16th, six weeks after ordering. Throughout this entire process, we had to constantly chase updates, and the vendor never reached out to acknowledge the inconvenience or offer any compensation for the significant time wasted. Very disappointing experience.

I bought a mattress topper and washed the outside cover immediately because the packaging smelled…but the cover shrunk. So now i have a latex topper with no cover. When I called to say something about it, the sent me a warrant form, but I don’t know where to find the lot number, so I can’t submit, When I emailed asking for where to find the lot number, no one responded. Awful customer service!

My husband went into the store at Yonge and Summerhill and bought set of bed sheet and duvet and coverlet el( about Worth of 800 $ ).the salesperson there did not tell him that there is no top sheet. So I went on line and saw it was on sale for Black Friday. I called the store and asked if they had it , she said yes so I said I will come pick it up in two days. She could not guarantee the same price as on line and I could not give my credit card over the phone. Very obnoxious girl. Did not care about me buying it or not. So I ordered on line to complete the set. If I had not put it in our bed I would have returned everything and go elsewhere. No customer service.
