The bath sheet in plush is awesome and will definitely get more. However, my other part of the order was not fulfilled because of stocking issues. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service as I would like to cancel that order and place a new one for the white plush hand towels instead of the classic ones since they are not available. I am still waiting on that request would like to get on with a new order.

I ordered a pillow as a christmas gift. I received an email confirming my item was in stock and would ship soon. Skip ahead a week or two when I realize my item hadnt shipped, i contacted customer service who informed me that I was "one of a few customers" who this happened to and that I just had to wait. I was never informed of this. If I didnt contact you, I wouldnt have been able to find a replacement pillow from a different company in time for christmas. Its not a huge deal, but your brand is the one I chose to go with and unfortunately it didnt work out in the end.

I received a clearly used item - I ordered two cushioned headboards and one of them was obviously pre-owned (neither the headboard or the cover had any plastic wrapping, the cover’s texture indicated it had been washed, and there was a piece of hair on top). I just want a replacement headboard. I’ve been waiting months for you to get these back in stock, and now this.

I love your product...however FedEx was terrible...they dropped a box off in front of my garage in the poring rain with one end of the box open.The table clearly said there was to be two boxed but only one came.The second box came the following day with no incident.The mattress was deliveredby high energy transport who were wonderful.The smaller box came later .Strange that it would not all come together.When I called FedEx I was not able to make a claim as you were the actual.client.Also I was missing a storage drawer stabilizer.I have had my son fix it with a piece of wood.I think you should find another delivery service.Thank youLaurie Dugan

Upon unboxing and opening mattress, there are several black marks (greasy/oil looking) in a clear pattern from some sort of machine (likely what rolls it for packing) on the underside. The underside fabric was also slightly damaged, but no holes. The topside of the mattress was fine, no marks or damage.It would be a nice feature if your delivery service could deliver at least inside the door or better - to the room where it will be used. They also did not knock or ring the doorbell.

It was terrible dealing with customer service just to get a refund on original purchase of Aire bed and stop the shipment. I phoned the store first(as purchased in store) they said they couldn’t do it. Then called customer service 3x before anyone was able to help me properly and told me I had to call the store after all.

The plastic packaging that our mattress arrived in was torn and your customer service team wouldn’t replace it. They said if they replaced it that would count as our one free return. We could not risk that because we don’t know if we will like the mattress.

Port quality assurance. Seams were not straight and lots of loose threads everywhere
