Hello - I ordered x2 Turkish towels and when the package arrived, there was only 1 towel in the package (the invoice stated 2). I have emailed customer service twice with no response and can’t get through to speak with someone to rectify.

The sheets are super scratchy after washing them in warm water and hang drying I haven’t put them even on the bed because they’re like sand paper

he order confirmation email mentioned a 2–4 business day processing time, so I became concerned by day 11. I had to contact customer service twice to get an update on my December 4th order, on December 15th and December 17th, without receiving any clear information about the status of my order. On December 15th, the agent told me she would get back to me with an update, but I never heard back. I finally learned on December 17th that my order shipped that same day. I can’t help but wonder whether the order would still be pending had I not reached out twice…

The comforter seems well made but it is incredibly noisy! Sounds like you are sleeping under a piece of parcel paper. It is also on the thick side of an all season blanket. It’s cooler out now but likely won’t be suitable for summer.

Clearer communication about changes to delivery dates and times. And explanation of the delays in delivery. Better customer service. It was difficult to get a hold of someone.

I completely lost trust with Silk and Snow. Last year 2024, ordered two mattress toppers, one had obvious quality defect, took a month to solve the issue. Waiting for responses took a few days each time. This year 2025, ordered two mattress twin XL toppers, received two twin sizes instead. Wrong sizes packed in the plastic bag. I emailed customer service about the wrong sizes with pictures. Took four days to hear back from them to just send a claim form to fill in the issues I already stated in the email. Took another 5 days to hear back to request a refund. Still waiting for processing refund. It’s been two weeks since I made the claim. The owners sold the company to Sleep Country, looks like the quality control from the factory, the customer service management has gone downhill ever since!

1 of the 3 boxes was incorrect. I had to then repackage the large and heavy opened but wrong box. First I had to go to home depot to get strong packing tape I had to put the package outside and wait for it to be picked up by fed-ex. The first day it was not picked up so I wasted more time with Silk and Snow customer service As the bed is at another property, I was not able to set up the bed and my wife is now struggling to put it together. While I appreciate your customer service apology my first experience with my $2500+ order has been way below acceptable
