I thought I was purchasing a breathable organic mattress cover but since I used my product I sweat every night and have never had that problem before. It’s also very slippery and uncomfortable to move around in bed with because of that.

My experience has been terrible! Silk & Snow has dreadful customer service - I made the intentional decision purchase from a Canadian brand instead of tried & true American retailer. Unfortunately this was a huge mistake, I have been trying to exchange/return my order for weeks - impossible to reach their customer service - without success.

I have not received my full order but have been charged. Running a Black Friday promotion and not having adequate stock to fulfill orders is not acceptable. The estimated restock dates also seem uncertain based on the follow up status from Silk & Snow

Je suis allée en magasin à la Place Ste-Foy, l’employé est resté assis et a continué à travailler. Il n’a pas répondu à mes questions. C’est désolant, car je trouve que les produits sont de qualité.

Only half of my order arrived and I submitted a ticket through the online Chatbot that didn’t seem to resolve anything. I ended up calling, but I waited on hold for over 20 minutes. The person told me that FedEx just hadn’t picked up my package yet for the second part of my order, but I actually don’t feel like it was true and they just put in a ticket to send the second half of my order Once everything arrived. I put it all together and it’s amazing. It was just not clear to me at the beginning that my package was being shipped into shipments. And I actually think it was a mistake that was covered up.
