Received mattress with oil stain

The staff could have been more attentive. When we walked in, we were not greeted, we had to approach someone to ask for assistance. Each time we asked a question, the sales associate would respond and then walk away without checking if we had any additional questions.

You're website does not operate honestly. I bought our set and could not be happier. I went back to buy another cover and sheet set and the price was more. I know what you are thinking the product was originally on sale, no i went and tried it on my wife's phone and she had a lower price. After she made the purchase we went back on and the price has increased for her as well.

We came to the store after researching mattress toppers & saw the silk & snow product was highly rated. We were able to test the product & bought one. But the experience was not enjoyable Due to the salesperson.

I had asked a question about the fitted sheet and if the elastic went all the way around or how thick it was. This makes a big difference on how it fits on the bed I’ve found. This sales lady just said she didn’t know and walked away…

One footboard piece for the wooden bedframe came damaged, and it required sending us three footboards to finally get one that wasn't damaged. The muslin quilt blanket quality seems very subpar, it isn't soft like muslin usually is, it is more like a comforter than a quilt, and looks a bit tattered.
