Have not receieved product yet. Ordered almost a month ago.

The duvet cover is to small. It is to Small for my King size bed ever if a order the right size.

The sheets were advertised and soft and smooth using long staple cotton, I did not find this at all.

We purchased an aire sectional and nothing about our experience has been good. 1. Product : the sofa itself is terrible, the fabric is awful and everything sticks to it. 2. Our sofa got delivered damaged and it took over 2 months to get a replacement part 3. Customer service : we were sent from sleep country to silk & snow to the store back to sleep country back to silk & snow, it’s almost like no one communicates and the wait times for responses are absolutely terrible

The bedding I chose is really not good for people with cats. I wish I had been able to look at the material more closely before purchase.

So the bed I purchased ended up looking quite different in person. Plus the cover was hell to put on and doesn’t fit well at all. I emailed customer service have not a response

the delivery was not good..i kept tracking the eta and it kept saying a date in the far future (jan 17, 2026) and then suddenly it was delivered and left in my driveway behind my car! anyone could have stolen it...i have a very large covered porch and wonder why delivery guys were too lazy to leave it near the door?? thankfully i have a kind neighbor who told me since we were away that day...

Quality does not match the price. The furniture is very hollow sounding, so it echos whenever you place something on top. And the drawer rails are cheap. I could have gotten something of similar quality for a better price at ikea.
