Tracking said package was delivered when it wasn’t. They will not provide a delivery date or a delivery time slot. Took the day off work to wait for delivery. So dresser would not be left out in the rain. Delivery never came. Still waiting for delivery.

The delivery process was slow. There was zero communication about the arrival of the rest of my order. I had to initiate the process to discover when the rest of my purchase would be delivered. It was more than the suggested timeframe posted on the website.

The feel and quality of the percale sheets I ordered were not adequate. I have percale sheets from another retailer and the feel and quality is higher. So I requested a return of my Silk and Snow sheets but still have not received a reply as to how to return them. By the way, I AM satisfied with the cushion headboard I also bought.
