The ads and website was deceptive about whether silk and snow was a Canadian company. I would not have bought had I known that it was owned by sleep countryThe returns are difficult to manage. Esp for those of us living in northern/rural Canada with no silk and snow / sleep country stores nearby

I did NOT consent to marketing emails or marketing texts. You’ve sent both. In violation of CAN-SPAM. I bought ONE pillow and I get 5 emails a WEEK. Your marketing department is unhinged and illegal. Even if it was legal, you’re insane to think this makes me want to buy from you again. We buy a lot of pillows! Like two a year, which is a lot! You could have had a lifetime customer.

I ordered sheets silk and snow in November and loved it so much that I ordered another set in December. I also ordered bath towels in this order but am sad to say that I’ve already noticed piling on the towels after only a handful of washes

I have not bought 3 bed frames and night stands. While the bed frames look good, what I am disappointed was one of the headboards was broken and won't fit anymore, but someone had tried to put glue to stick it and send it my way. How can a glued product even fit into the frame.Now I have unfinished bed sitting and waiting for the remaining parts to come.

I placed an order in time for Christmas delivery. Some days later I received an email telling me that the item was out of stock and would be delivered in mid to late January. Your system should not allow me to purchase and pay for an item that has already been sold out.
