Mattress damaged and partially unboxed Delivery date was wrong and delivery guy did not put parcels where I asked and I had to take most of boxes off teuck

I have been waiting for the bed for my Autistic Son as h s broke.. I ordered Nov 28 but checked before I ordered that Xmas wouldn’t delay delivery! I have multiple discussions with Daniella, Abby who keep telling me it’s on its way. They are the nicest to deal with… yesterday NINA was as terrible and ride and kept cutting me off not letting me speak ! She threatened me that she would cancel the order!!!!! Unbelievable treatment! Abby asssured me Monday I would get a text and delivery would be tomorrow!! Of course no tracking infor to see anything! It never came waiting all day. Customers Should be treated with respect and this NINA should be fired! Her lack of empathy and compassion, integrity is horrible and I will be writing a full experience after Xmas. Because my order hasn’t come the offered me a gift of some kind.

I got the wrong colour of duvet and I’m still waiting to hear about getting the correct one.

these duvets are gifts - so need to hold ratings till after Cho…. but, have family who have them so 🤞

I've been waiting for this order for some time now and have not received it, nor any information to locate the delivery with a local courier.

I really love the sheets. I do not love the Tofino 6 drawer dresser. I took the measurements for the height, width and depth but I assumed the drawers would have decent capacity so I didn’t look at those measurements. The height and depth of the drawer is laughable. It is not your fault as you list the measurements but I regret this purchase and will not recommend it. They should be changed to a 4 drawer and they should go deeper.

I need to return the sheets - the quality is horrible and not what I expected

Sent wrong frame. Bed ordered Dec 1. It’s Dec 16th and I’m still sleeping on mattress in floor. Waiting for replacement parts after spending 3 hours trying to put first bed together before realizing I did not have correct parts. Very difficult to get some actual help at first. Needed to keep trying and filling out “form “ online. Not cool for a $2000 purchase
