I ordered four pillowcases; however, only two were shipped. I subsequently received an email nine days after the initial order, informing me that the remaining two were out of stock. I am dissatisfied that I was charged for items that were not shipped and that the delivery would be delayed by nearly three months.

I ordered and paid for a weighted blanket as a Christmas present for my wife on 5 Dec. I received shipping confirmation on 9 Dec.By 17 Dec, I hadn't received the blanket, so I followed up with Silk & Snow. On 19 Dec, a Silk & Snow rep responded saying they were looking into it. By 23 Dec I had not heard anything, so I followed up again. On 24 Dec, I received a new shipping confirmation.It is now 5 Jan, and I have yet to receive the item. I would never have placed the order if I'd known there would be so much hassle, and such a disappointingly late Christmas gift.

I received a broken headboard and notified you within a few days of the purchase, including submitting pictures of the broken headboard. I received a reply to submit the same and additional information on your Warranty Form, which I did. The automated response to the submission stated that it might take 4 to 5 business days for a reply. I submitted that Warranty Form on December 21, 2025. Still no response and it is now January 5, 2026.

I ordered two pillow cases in a color I didn't really want because that color was in stock. Some time later, I got an email saying they weren't in stock & they would likely be in stock maybe mid-January. I emailed saying (1) when because they are for my daughter who is leaving the country January 27 and a delivery later would be useless and (2) if I'm waiting anyway can I get a different color. For a stock email response about re-stocking dates or something. Asked to provide feedback and haven't even got a notice these are in stock or ready to be shipped. Likely won't even see them for a few weeks.
