The quality of these sheets are so below average. Grainy cheap material, the comforter is nice i will admit, but I cant even use the pillow cases they are horrible, and i probably will have to buy new sheets as well that are of actual quality. Could have found better at walmart. $750 CAD for this set is legitimately insane. These are the biggest downgrade from my previous sheets and its not even close

Extremely slow response and when you finally did respond you tried to dissuade me from returning it rather than quickly helping with the return. Now I’m waiting way too long (again) for a response on how to return it.

I ordered a towels bundle. Almost all items were in the right ordered colour, excepting 2 of them that are midnight color instead of sable. I sent a message to customer service and I am still waiting for an answer after a week.

1. Honouring scheduled delivery date which is why we got white glove service 2. Fixing phone line at Summerhill location where we bought our bed frame and were rudely told by the 1-800 line that we had to contact directly 3. Actually phoning when arriving 4. When having rescheduled for 4 days later than anticipated, actually providing the correct bed frame (the assemblers had almost constructed the whole thing when they realized we didn’t have the storage bed model) 5. Calling my husband back about this which we were told you would do
