I placed my order on November 30. I have not received my order. I have called, emailed and used the online chat to try to get ahold of someone. No one is answering me. The tracking number only shows that it is transit, but that hasn’t changed in weeks. I feel like this was a scam.

The queen sheets don't fit properly but are ok. The duvet cover is good. The duvet is good.

One of my two items delivered was damaged. I wrote an email with all the info and pictures but then they asked me to fill in a form with the exact same info that I had given in my email. After, I received an email to confirm (for the 3rd time!!) my address. So, it’s been a few weeks since my purchase and no one contacted me for the exchange of furniture.

I ordered 4 towels but only received 1, spent over $1200 because I also got a mattress, customer service is not replying, only told me that they see that 4 were shipped. Very disappointed, will be calling customer service again and complaining.

Bonjour, malheureusement je ne peux pas répondre à ce sondage car le transporteur a reporté la livraison. Je ne sais pas quand la causeuse et l ottoman seront livrés.
