I didn't receive a package. I send a message to silk and snow but it took about 4 days before to get a response. Now I'm waiting for the results of the investigation. I find it unacceptable not to have any certainty that I will receive my package or be reimbursed.

My order tracking is still not available and goes against everything you have advertised for timelines. I have not heard back and am debating submitting a Visa claim for it. I ordered two bed sets for guests over the holidays, you guys are still advertising pro longed sales while not delivering on sale items already meant to be guaranteed. It’s not good business.

The sheets I ordered are very thin and I don't feel will last as long as the sheets I have purchased before. They are the same thread count and everything but there is an obvious difference.

I could not order online. Manon was super helpful over the phone (extra star just because of her). The tracking information was not available and I was unable to get this via chat. Calling a second time took too long.
