One of the people that works there admitted that they have a squirrel brain and was not very present when I was in need of help. This made it very difficult to finalize a purchase. The stocks were also not great. The only physical store in Calgary and it barely had stocks.

Bed arrived with a missing leg, took a week for someone to let me know I qualify to replace the bed leg that arrived, bed leg will arrive in Feb 2026. So now I have a bed with 3 legs. How would you feel if you received a bed with only 3 legs and you had to fill out a long form that takes 1 week to evaluate, then takes about 4 months to resolve. I was told a new bed could be shipped but that seems unrealistic since my bed is assembled and I just need 1 simple leg. If I owned this company, I would ship the leg immediately when someone called, what's worse losing $5 to replace the leg or waste the customers time and end up losing a customer. We were planning on purchasing more but not if we are getting treated like this. I understand that a company needs processes in place to ensure proper handling of the request but there needs to be some logic or way to handle simple requests. The goal of a business should be to make it as easy as possible for the customer.

The tracking of the order was not properly shown if at all. It would not show the whereabouts of the items in question and would display the wrong information. For some reason it was saying the order was placed January 1st, 1970. The delivery schedule for the items also seemed to move quite a bit by days at most resulting in uncertainty with when they would be delivered. In short, better tracking of the order and more accurate delivery estimates would be ideal.

The bed came with slats that had the wrong dimensions, I've been sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks. Customer service answered my questions but I've been waiting for the replacement. I was told I'd get it within 4 business days (Oct 31) but still no updates on date of delivery

Didn’t communicate to us that our item was out of stock. Contacted them 3 times and had to go to the chat to have an answer. Delayed delivery when I needed that fast. Also the building was really bad. The screws was not the good ones and we had to use a drill to make holes… and still it’s not working well.

I’ve emailed them a few times of some of my pieces arriving damaged it took a while for them to even respond. They told me to write the warranty and claim form which I did but it’s been a week and they probably forgot about me now I’m stuck with 3 broken pieces. I paid good money for this just to see the damaged everyday. It would be nice if I could get any kind of update.

Queen sized sheets included teeny tiny pillow cases. I put both cases on my husbands pillow and I just used my old pillow case

First delivery of the nightstand the tracking was not updating, so unable to track, and delivery service didn't follow instructions to leave package at back door. Also placed package in front of camera, making it unable to monitor for security. Second delivery didn't receive tracking information, had to contact customer service, and it was also delivered to the wrong house. i needed to bother my neighbours to help bring the packages home.
