The sheets were thin. Nothing like the luxurious ones the Bay used to sell under the Gluckstein brand. I subsequently found out that the Bay’s were about a 600 thread count. I returned the Silk & Snow and received a prompt refund.

I tried to purchase a weighted blanket in-store as a Christmas gift. I was told that they didn’t have it in stock and would need to order online. I asked for it to be delivered to the store so that it could be picked up there. I was told that I couldn’t do that. So, when it arrived at my doorstep, emblazoned in large text what was in the box, it ruined the surprise for my wife. Why would you print on the outside of a delivery box what’s inside?

I ordered the acacia bed frame and there is no way to add the headboard separately. Very disappointing. I should have paid the extra and shopped at Thuma.

Ordered a duvet and duvet cover. Did not recieve the duvet cover. Instead I received 2 duvets, one of them with what appear to be blood stains. Reached out to support and 2 weeks later still no update.

The bed that was ordered was delayed several weeks. I followed up twice. The bed ordered was miss advertised. It’s not an upholstered bed, it has a slip cover. Totally different. Plus the slip cover was damaged on arrival.

One of the items I ordered was misplaced and sent to someone else. Then the rep I spoke to fudged the story rather than be honest about it.
