The website is really bad. It is extremely slow to load (not a connectivity issue) and whatever product configuration app you’re using is trash. The checkout was also almost unusable. When I attempted to confirm the order it threw an error saying that there may be an issue with my order, but to check my email first before trying to place the order again… and sure enough the order was confirmed. You guys should have stuck with Shopify.

The colour of the towels are not consistent. Some are much lighter than others and the bath mat is a totally different colour than the images say it should be.

I still haven’t received all of my order. I received my duvet but not the cover. Placed my order on November 22nd and both items said they were in stock but 3 weeks later still no cover. Very disappointing.

Your sales person in store was unable to provide basic information about your products. And he subsequently made mistakes in creating the order, especially in relation to the delivery date.

Pieces were mislabeled. Had to figure out assembly myself. One leg was chipped. Frame not secure if there’s no mattress on it so you can’t move it around without multiple people.

This looks like a manufacturing defect, so I would like to request a replacement for this specific wooden support rail, rather than returning the entire bed frame.

Ordered on Nov 27 and still haven’t received them (Dec 12) Emailed my concern a week ago and got a nice reply (72 hrs later) but nothing since and no product.
