Never received the correct item, after 30 days I had to cancel. Terrible service. I have bought my bed frame and other items from you but now have found a new supplier that is more reliable.

The shipment came late

I didn’t receive the package

Received white instead of grey face cloths, still haven't received hand towels, grey colour looks like a white that was washed with another colour and the colour transferred, and the return process is complicated.

Center support beam only came with 3 parts. Had a time critical need for bed to be shipped and used in time only to have it delayed for two weeks and counting. My wife and I needed the bed set up the day before we went to the hospital to deliver our first baby. It’s still not been received due to a customs hold that silk and snow failed to address with carrier.’

No update on when my pillowcases are going to arrive due to the delay in production.Ordered in November
