The item we paid for was not in stock, but we weren’t notified until our couch had already shipped. We weren’t offered a good solution to get the item we paid for, and weren’t even offered the larger ottoman that WAS in stock for the same price given the inconvenience and back and forth. Then, when we finally decided to unbox our couch knowing the larger ottoman was available, it was missing pieces. Two weeks in and lots of back and forth and still not solution. I would not recommend Silk & Snow to anyone given the slow and poor customer service. Mistakes happen, but they should be dealt with quickly and at no extra expense to a customer.

Our delivery took weeks instead of days,little to no contact from customer support. I finally had to reach out to the shipping company directly to.get some more specific information. I thought I was buying into something a little more environmental, but the packaging was extreme. Loads and loads of Styrofoam, requiring a trip to the dump to get rid of. Two very thick huge plastic pieces with the mattress. With everything I'm looking at about 5 additional bags of garbage, landfill, nothing except cardboard is recyclable.

Actual purchasing and delivery experience was good, but the towels I purchased seem very thin for the price point.

We went in once, looked at matresses and wanted to think about it. We returned and the treatment we received was just fake nodding, greeting and meaningless smiles. No accomodations, or flexibility. We left unhappy. Will not purchase anything there again.

I have yet to receive my towels the large ones from my bundle order. I ordered on Black Friday.Totally unexceptionable. I gave one star b cause I received the order items in the bundle.

I was disappointed that I had to wait longer for the pillow as it was out of stock when I ordered which I didn’t know. Not a deal breaker though as these things happen. Glad it’s a popular item!Would have been nice to know at the time of ordering though that there would be a delay. I still would have ordered but I don’t like surprises after the fact.Also, it seems this pillow is different than the first pillow I got, even though it is the same style.

Being unable to easily PDF the payment confirmation for submission to my benefits was strange and annoying, but having the company name and logo splashed all over the shipping box - which ruined a Christmas surprise - almost resulted in returning the purchase. An incredibly disappointing to see that business practice in December.
