The communication about the delivery was very poor. And the delivery itself was terrible. You’re delivering a sofa, not an amazon package. It was pouring rain and the deliverer you employed left 12 very large boxes in our driveway. Soaking wet. Terrible service.

The handlers handling my bedframe were not willing to leave it at my front desk and left it outside when now one was home. Also the package itself seemed dented. When we opened the package there was a piece of the bed frame that was cracked

The bed is excellent and great quality but the dresser we bought was exchanged and cracked again right away.

The tracking was weird. I received a shipped email, but no progress until a whole week later. If it takes a week from shipped to pickup by delivery, there was a lot, does that even consider shipped?The person delivering also asked me to meet him at the lobby to receive. No, it's a heavy box and I should be getting it at my door, not the lobby.

Item showed in stock. Only to find out it won't be here until June. Ordered in February. That seems like a long time to get an item.

I ordered my item on Feb 18th, after a week when I hadn’t heard that my purchase had shipped I reached out to your customer service department to see what was causing the delay. I was told the item was put on back order shortly after I’d purchased and it should be here within three weeks. The item was a gift, if I had known it wasn’t available to ship I would have chosen something else.

Good service in the store. Delivery service is a 0. Notification sent that the delivery was to take place on Thursday between 3:30 and 6:30. Perfect. Make sure everything (and everyone) is in place to take delivery. Ghosted us. Rechecked delivery app. Delivery now set for Monday when I will not have help to handle the boxes. Resigned myself to figuring something out. Delivered on Saturday, dumped stuff on front porch. Heard noise and realized something was going on outside. Went out and here is the delivery guy taking a photo and bolting. Didn't even bother to ring the door bell and when I asked if I could have help moving it off the front porch, said, "Nope. We don't go inside." Really awful experience.
