We've been told we cannot exchange our wooden upholstered headboard for a solid wood headboard due to not having all the packaging.

Does it really matter? First time ordering from S&S, as I’ve heard nothing but good things, and I must say I’m very disappointed in the sheet set I ordered. Bottom sheet barely fits mattress (and yes I measured and double checked the sheets were for a deeper mattress) top sheet just covers sides…no room for error when making bed or one side will be shorted. Pillow cases must be made for child’s pillows as they too barely fit shortage on materials??

The pillow was much softer the promoted, it does not support my neck when sleeping on my side, I need a 2nd pillow to keep my neck and body in its appropriate position. I appreciate the hypoallergenic element of the pillow though. Very disappointed with my purchase...

Le produit acheté soit les draps en lin, ce sont usés prématurément, pour y apercevoir des trous. Je m’attendais à ce que ces draps durent plusieurs années comme c’est la normale surtout que je les utilise seulement l’hiver avec remplacement par d’autres draps. Ça fait environ 2 ans que je me les suis procurés et ils sont déjà très usés. La qualité/prix n’est vraiment pas acceptable.J’ai quand même pris soin de respecter les consignes de lavage et séchage. Je me suis même acheté les balles en laine pour la sécheuse.Fini pour moi l’achat de draps en lin chez Silk and Snow.

Have been getting responses to issues with my order but the delays between messages and the fact that communication typically has to be initiated by me is quite frustrating.

Terrible quality, and nonstop text and emails

Shipping was delayed with ups, Day and Ross delivered the sheet and bedding set as scheduled but the mattress didn’t show up until a week and half later. I advised a.silk and snow representative 3 times with no back so we put a service ticket in with ups ourselves.
