The quality or the Turkish towels were very very thin like dishcloths. I expected way better quality of the Turkish towels you sell for that price .

It seems like there are no or limited internal process that exist to notify customers of additional delays of backordered items. I’ve not been getting timely updates on the status of my order and have received conflicting information each time about the inventory of my bedframe. This is my first order with Silk and Snow and I have been shocked by the poor communication from your company.

J’ai passé ma commande il y a 3 semaines et je n’ai aucune idée sur l’état de ma commande et pourquoi je n’es rien reçu. Il était inscrit sur votre site web que les commandes fait le 26 décembre allait être traitée la semaine suivante

I expected to egyptian cotton sheet to be shorter than typical cotton. They are a little stiff and it took 3 cycle of wash before being sort of comfortable to sleep in it naked.

My order was short a set of pillow shams… according to the label they were delivered, but upon opening the box, they were missing… I have been trying to get this sorted since the day it was delivered, but customer service has not gotten back to me in over a week…. I spent a lot of money, and this level of service is unacceptable… either sending me the set of shams I ordered, or refunding me the money for the shams would definitely make my experience better

I placed my order December 17. The payment for the order went through but the item was never ordered. A new order had to be created 4 weeks later I am waiting for a price adjustment at the very least as the item is now on sale. A credit for future purchases would be a suitable compensation. I am hesitant to order from silk and snow again.

The experience with ordering was quite good. It was just the product that lowered our rating.. we assumed that the product would come with a bottom sheet at top sheet and pillowcases. But only a bottom sheet arrived and two pillowcases. The linen was quite coarse and is quite scratchy under the skin.
