Your product are the worst, they break and you hide the reviews in your website, trying to hide the truth from other people. Such a dishonest company.

I’m really disappointed with these sheets. They feel extremely rough — almost like being wrapped in a piece of cardboard. I was hoping for something soft and comfortable, but this is the complete opposite. Definitely not what I expected from Silk & Snow.

Delivery of huge boxes to our porch middle of the day. My wife and two neighbours had to bring them inside and they’re still in our front hall.

The bed itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping experience with Frontier was horrible. It took two weeks to arrive once it shipped, the shipping tracker online would update every day to say it was out for delivery that day and then it would never arrive. I live in an apartment and had to be home for the delivery so I had to miss work multiple times to stay home to wait for it. They “attempted” delivery one day but did not follow the instructions I provided and then they took it back. Then they phoned me the next day and told me it was coming back on a specific day later in the week so I stayed home that day and then it didn’t arrive again. I phoned, left voicemails, no one answered or called me back. Then it was the weekend, so on Monday I had to go to work and then they called me that morning to tell me it was actually out for delivery so I had to go home early. It did actually arrive that day but I spent two weeks sleeping on my floor and missing work waiting for this product to arrive. If they would have just told me the accurate delivery date from the start that would have been helpful, and if they read my delivery instructions and actually attempted to call me or buzz my apartment so I could have received the package the first time they attempted delivery that would’ve prevented a lot of inconvenience and stress for me.

part of our order hasn't been delivered now almost three weeks after ordering though the confirmation email we received said it would be 4-6 days. there were some scuffs on the night stands. not being able to check the status of the order online (it doesn't show the pieces that haven't been delivered, just shows the other pieces that have been delivered. we still don't know when our order will arrive, or if it will arrive. while I appreciated customer service responding to my email, they gave me no actionable information. overall, you need to improve your website so customers can track orders. it takes some planning for some of us to receive such heavy and large pieces that need to be moved to the second floor of our home.

The sheets are quite thin and a bit scratchy. My biggest issue is that they are very loose on my mattress and that creates big wrinkles that are uncomfortable and they slide off the corners of my mattress each night. I will be seeking a refund.
