Experience was great on prompt delivery of mattress and bedding 2 weeks ago, yet still no ordered bed frame and no updates, even after a placed desperate call for said update! What should I do with a bed with no frame, sleep on the floor? Really wanted to give full star review but obviously I am stranded. Please fix this as I was charged for the missing item, makes it hard to recommend. Sad

The assembly has screw holes incorrectly placed for center support, so we're still waiting for a handyman to drill the holes. The upholstery is dented, and the foam failed to correct/expand after sitting, making it look unsightly.

Order was pending some items at the final shipper and I had to call to get that information and get the order delivery scheduled.

I received my order missing a crucial item—the central support post for my bed frame. I double-checked carefully and was certain it was missing. I reached out to S&S because I didn’t want to damage my new bed frame, which left me sleeping on the floor instead. The process has been frustratingly slow. I reported the issue on October 7th, and as of October 16th, FedEx indicates the missing part will arrive tomorrow—over 10 days later. There was no option to expedite the replacement, and I had to complete a form that took approximately 4 days to process. This is unacceptable customer service. I understand the need to investigate what happened during packaging, but the delay in getting a missing part to the customer is unreasonable. On top of that, there was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience. I love the bed itself, but the service surrounding this order has been extremely disappointing.

Je n'ai pas terminé ma session de 30 jours mais jusqu'à maintenant, vraiment pas satisfait du comfort, oui le matelas est mou mais on se sent sur une planche entre les deux si cet effet n'était pas là je crois qu'il pourrait être confortable
