The frame is beautiful however it was missing pre-drilled holes and the slats were too big. I called and was on hold for 30 mins and filled out the form. I’m still waiting to hear back. Really disappointed by the lack of urgency since I have been sleeping with no frame.

I ordered a bed frame didn't receive all the parts to put together the bed. I called and someone told me I had to fill out a form to get the other pieces. When I was filling out the form, I realized that one of the boxes I received was for a bed that I didn't order. Now I am not sure what pieces that I have are actually for my bed and which are for a different one. I sent a follow up email and no one has responded. Today I tried to call the phone line and they say they aren't taking calls anymore. Service has been very poor on all fronts so far.

I received the wrong item in my shipment and notified the customer service team. It has been a week and I still have not yet received instructions on how to return the wrong item and get the right item instead.

Lied about delivery date. Said it was arriving then cancelled at end of day. When bed was received several days later the people putting the bed together used only a few screws that were not tightened The bed wabbles and cannot be fixed until Dec 16

I had a multiple item order. All items showed as in stock and ready to ship. I got a shipping notification and received part of my order. Upon looking at the shipment details the mattress on the order showed as pre transit. I have still not received this item. I tried sending an email to ask what was going on and have not recieved a response other acknowledgment of receipt. It has been more than the 72 hours specified in the email notification. I tried calling your support number and your call centre is closed. This was a gift and will now likely be late.
