It isn't long enough on the sides and it's noisy when we move under it or pull it up

The reason for poor rating was about when I was ordering . I ended up with two pillowcases, which I thought I only ordered one. The website obviously was busy because of your sale, but it wasn't working properly. Very confusing. I think you need to have some work done on your website on the ordering side , this should not of happened !

The product was a gift and was well liked by my family member. However the process of ordering it was more than frustrating. Your system was down and as a result I was charged 3 times for the same item. It was eventually resolved but that is one night (2 hours of angst) that I will never get back. So slthough he lives the duvet, my score is 3 not 5. I realize it was Black Friday but no other had that problem with their online website.

My order was made in Nov.27 and I reached out around Dec 20th to inquire. The chatbot told me it had been shipped (incorrect) and I pursued with a support ticket because the tracker didn’t show that info. I have since heard back from someone who said it won’t be in stock until early Feb. I would have appreciated knowing that it was out of stock before I asked. Secondly, I suggest that the survey only be sent for orders that have completed.

You sent the wrong item twice. You could have made the experience better by offering some sort of compensation/consideration for the inconvenience your company caused during the holidays. The company did not handle the problem well.
